COVID-19 Update

NOTE TO CLIENTS: Due to the recent series of events regarding COVID 19, we are following the recommendations of our public health and government officials. Effective immediately, we are taking the following steps UNTIL March 29, 2020 at a minimum:

• We are not allowing clients into our office to reduce the risk of contamination and support our province’s request for social distancing.
• There will be no in person meetings. There will be no exceptions.
• All communications will be done via email, telephone and video conference where appropriate.

If you have a previously scheduled appointment, we will contact you at the number on file to arrange for this to take place over the phone or video conference.

If you need to make a payment, we are not accepting cash or debit payments at this time. We encourage you to make use of our email transfer option instead. You can send your payments to payments@bnadebtsolutions.ca

We understand the stress you may be feeling in regard to your account with us during these uncertain times. This is unprecedented in our life time and we will do everything we can within our power to help our clients through this. For now, we need to keep our staff safe and healthy to be there for you in the long term.
